Our Extraction Process

GuruNanda’s Breathe Easy Essential Oils are created using the gentlest extraction method available. The plants are put through a steam distillation process which releases the important volatile components. It is then cooled which causes it to separate into oil and water. The essential oil is then sent for packaging.

  • Massage: Mix Breathe Easy Oils with any GuruNanda carrier oils in a 10:1 ratio.  Massage into skin.
  • Bath: Add a few drop of GuruNanda Breathe Easy Oil Blend to bathtub.
  • Room Spray: Combine 20 drops of Breathe Easy Oil Blend with 5 ounces of distilled water in a spray bottle.
